If you are unwell it is usually better to be seen promptly in the surgery where we have all your medical records and immediate access to our full range of medical equipment and to all our investigations and treatment options.

We regard sick children as VIPs so if your child is very ill please tell our receptionist so we can do our best to arrange an appropriate appointment in the surgery where you will be seen promptly.

We do recognise that for some patients a house call may be necessary. Doctors try to fit in home visits after their morning surgery and if you feel a housecall may be needed you should try to call us before 11 a.m.
